I wanted to send you all a little light and love as we approach the end of the week. What do you do to relax after a long day? Today I wanted to share with you few of my favorite tips when I need to unwind and rejuvenate after a long week.
First of all appreciation. Go over your week in your mind and be grateful for all of it! Yes, all of it, even those tasks that went unfinished or conversations that didn’t go the way you had hoped. Just trust that all is in alignment and if you are in alignment, then all else will be also. Remember to take time to focus on your breathing as you go through this process, as it will help bring the on the peace we strive for.
One of my self-care routines is highly revolved around skincare! Our skin needs lots of TLC and it is so very important that we stay on a good healthy regimen with it. Some of the issues I often overhear being the most problematic with our skin is dehydration, redness, ageing visible lines, and dullness.
